A thank you going out to the participants at today’s workshop, and to Tanuja Perera for conducting a unique program that focused on building functional fitness for the everyday. We learned techniques from TRX, Calisthenics, Quantum Yoga, and boxing all the while gaining insights in to best practices in diet and exercise. Missed this essential
