We are sharing a video story of 3 teams from EnduranceLab who took part at this year’s Race The Pearl – an ultra endurance cycling race of 600 KM from Point Pedro to Point Dondra (extreme north to extreme south of Sri Lanka)!
The video does not depict even a fraction of what Race The Pearl is all about… the highs and the lows… the ever changing terrain and the climate… the beauty of the pearl that we are proud to call home… this list goes on and you can only experience it if you are a part of this amazing race… But the video attempts to capture a glimpse of what it looks like. And we hope that you would get inspired to join next year!
“As a coach, nothing makes us happier than seeing our athletes achieve their goals. However big or small they might be – they all matter. And, this was huge! It was an absolute pleasure seeing all of you who were just novice cyclists not so long ago, take up such an exhilarating challenge. This goes to show that no goal or dream is unachievable and that we are only limited by what we think is impossible. Words can’t explain how proud we are of each and everyone one of you! Well done, team!” – Mithun Liyanage (Co-Founder of Endurance Lab)
