Workout Experience: Healthy Journey to Kandy in Caravan (June 16-17)

What an amazing Healthy Journey that was! A big thank you going out to Raajiv Wanigasekera, Angelica Chandrasekera, Sadhina Abeysuriya and all our participants who gave us great feedback! We experienced the Go Outdoors Motorhome experience for the first time, had healthy meals on the way, did a unique energizing Yoga session to prepare for our journey, experienced a truly relaxing journey amidst lush greenery and waterfalls all the while adding great learnings from our coaches, including Sadhina who taught us wildlife photography skills along the way! Raajiv gave us valuable hiking tips to add to our journey and to carry out the activity safely without injury. We also got to learn about the livelihoods of the estate sector and tea cultivation practices. A lot happened during a short amount of time!
